Very interesting perspective.
It has a sort of texture to it that makes it really interesting to look at.

Agreeing with Anglerfishies on the angle of how the picture was taken. Makes you want to see the whole person and know whats going on in the image. The damage to the shoes makes it seem like he's had a hard life thus reinforcing the need or want to know. Nicely done!

ok i get the message here, its pretty poweful and saddening that someone can lose their freedom and be bound to a chair for life, though with this i think you could have captured this in a better way then just feet, this just doesn't do any thing for me, the focus is slight off and the composition isn't great...the feet are to high. although a blurred background works with alot of things i don't think it has here, the surroundings should be important to making the feeling of loss more intense.
